Returned from korea last night. soooooo tired. unpacked& chatted with dear.
for the last week, mostly duofu with rice == the food there abit unsuitable for me as i cant stand cold food :x
koreans eat very simple dishes with lots of vegetables. very little or none oil.
every meal theres kimchi, seaweed with soup, dry seaweed& many cold dishes.
